JLCrowe’s High Performance Hockey Academy is committed to developing a student-athlete that excels academically, on the ice and within their community. Character matters. Through education, modeling, patience and rigor, we challenge our players to push themselves and each other to reach their full potential both academically and physically. Weekly, players are guaranteed 4 hours on-ice PLUS 4 hours of off-ice during the school day in addition to their 2.5 hours of ice with team practice.

The Way of the Wild – The coaching staff and management of the Kootenay Wild believe in building a hockey program that focuses on personal development of the individual player through our team concept.  We believe we are accomplishing this by establishing extremely high expectations for our players.  We combine education and hockey, promote and instil personal character values and above all, create model citizens who have a willingness to help make our world a better place to live.
